Art + Science at The North Carolina Museum of Art

Presented by Noelle Ocon, Conservator of Paintings, North Carolina Museum of Art

For the last 21 years, Noelle Ocon has explored the secrets and mysteries of the artwork at the North Carolina Museum of Art. As a conservator and technical art historian, she uses science to delve into the who, what and why of paintings, and she will share with you the things you won’t see when visiting the museum. From extra heads to artist’s doodles, this lecture will delight all, no science degree needed!

Reception with coffee and cookies follows.
