Since its beginning, The Forest at Duke clinic has been associated with the Duke University Division of Geriatric Medicine. As of December 2019, it is officially linked into the Duke network as a MyChart clinic, making referrals and specialist appointments even easier.

Located conveniently inside our main building on The Forest at Duke’s beautiful campus, the Medicare-certified clinic enables residents to take advantage of the services provided by our Duke geriatrician and staff nurses, just steps away from their front door. From routine visits to lab work to the treatment of chronic conditions, the clinic is proud to provide exceptional primary care medical services. The clinic also offers 24/7 availability of physicians for after-hours concerns, as well as access to dental and pharmacy services.

Our medical director is contracted with the prestigious Duke University Health System, specifically the Duke Geriatric Medicine Division. This internationally recognized division has a longstanding history of cutting edge research and successful approaches in the care of geriatric patients.

The Forest at Duke clinic provides primary care medical services that include, but are not limited to, the following:
