The Terraces, our newest apartment residences, welcomed its first residents in Fall 2025. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and ease, these homes offer convenient access to indoor amenities, programs, and the everyday rhythms of life at The Forest.
Everything is just a short walk away, with buildings connected by heated and air-conditioned hallways so you can move comfortably throughout the community in any season.
The Terraces features ten contemporary floor plans, ranging from 1,140 to 1,665 square feet. Each residence includes a spacious, screened-in balcony with direct outdoor access — a quiet place to relax, read, or enjoy fresh air.
Inside, you’ll find details that support both everyday living and entertaining, including 10-foot ceilings, large windows, and open-concept layouts. Chef-inspired kitchens with generous islands, large walk-in showers, and in-home washers and dryers are just a few of the features that make these apartments feel like home.
