The Forest at Duke: a place to call home.

Nestled on 47 acres, our campus is thoughtfully landscaped to include evergreen and deciduous trees and a variety of flowering shrubs and hedges to bring year-round color to the grounds. We offer five floor plans for apartment living and six floor plans for our cottages and individual homes. Each residence—from independent living dwellings to the private suites and rooms in our state-of-the-art Health Center—includes features that create a comfortable and gracious environment of spacious living.

Our beautiful home in the heart of North Carolina is known as the “City of Medicine,” famed, in part, for outstanding clinical services and research facilities. Boasting Duke University, one of the nation’s top institutions for continuing education, and North Carolina Central University, the country’s first public liberal arts institution for African American students, ours is an exciting city to live, grow, and learn.
