Fall Virtual Learning Series: Beginning Yoga with Cheryl Fenner Brown, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500

A yoga class blending the safety of Hatha alignment with the subtleties of contemplative practice. You will be guided through gentle floor warm-ups, kneeling, and standing poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Also enjoy breath work, mudra, and deep relaxation that will move you from tired and achy to relaxed, open, and blissful.
You will need to be able to get down to the floor for this class. Use the listed yoga props or gather items from around your house:
- a yoga mat (or carpeted floor)
- 2 yoga blocks (or several similarly sized paperback books rubber-banded together)
- a yoga strap (or long scarf or fabric belt)
- a densely woven blanket
- a chair.
This virtual class is free and open to anyone!
