Personalized care from an experienced team.

Since its beginning, The Forest at Duke clinic has been associated with the Duke University Division of Geriatric Medicine. The clinic has two board-certified geriatric medicine specialists and a nurse practitioner. It also provides 24/7 availability of physicians for after-hours concerns.

The clinic team provides primary care for outpatient medical needs in a conveniently located, Medicare-certified clinic. On-site location

The Forest at Duke clinic is conveniently located in our main building. This enables Forest residents to receive exceptional care without leaving the campus.

Low ratios

We have low patient-to-provider ratios, resulting in providers who truly know our residents. This also allows residents the opportunity to thoroughly develop a personalized wellness plan and discuss any health concerns.
